- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz / 170 g each)

- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 2 tablespoons butter

- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

- 1 teaspoon paprika

- ½ teaspoon dried parsley or Italian seasoning

- Salt and black pepper, to taste

- Optional garnish: fresh parsley, lemon wedges

- Season the Salmon
Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels.
Season both sides with garlic powder, paprika, parsley, salt, and black pepper. - Heat the Pan
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until hot. - Cook the Salmon
Place the salmon fillets skin-side down in the skillet.
Cook for 4–5 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through. - Make the Butter Sauce
Reduce heat to medium. Add butter and lemon juice to the pan.
Spoon the melted butter sauce over the salmon for 1–2 minutes. - Serve
Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley and lemon wedges. Serve immediately.
