Ingredients
• 1 cup cottage cheese
• 1/2 cup cocoa powder
• 1/2 cup honey
• 2 large eggs
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease an 8×8-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
2. In a mixing bowl or blender, combine the cottage cheese, cocoa powder, honey, and eggs. Blend until completely smooth and well combined.
3. Transfer the batter to the prepared pan and spread it evenly with a spatula.
4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until set and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cool before slicing into squares.
