Apple Cinnamon Cottage Cheese Bake

  1. 2 cups cottage cheese

  2. 3 large eggs
  3. 1 large apple, peeled and finely diced
  4. 1/2 cup rolled oats or almond flour
  5. 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
  6. 1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  7. 1 tsp Vanilla Extract (Alcohol-Free)
  8. 1 tsp baking powder

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×9-inch baking dish with butter or oil.
  •  In a bowl, whisk together the cottage cheese, eggs, maple syrup, and Vanilla Extract (Alcohol-Free) until smooth.
  •  Stir in the rolled oats or almond flour, cinnamon, and baking powder until well combined.
  •  Fold in the diced apple pieces gently.
  • Pour the mixture into the greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
  • Bake for 35–40 minutes, until golden on top and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Let cool slightly before slicing. Serve warm.
