2 cups cottage cheese
- 3 large eggs
- 1 large apple, peeled and finely diced
- 1/2 cup rolled oats or almond flour
- 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
- 1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract (Alcohol-Free)
- 1 tsp baking powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×9-inch baking dish with butter or oil.
- In a bowl, whisk together the cottage cheese, eggs, maple syrup, and Vanilla Extract (Alcohol-Free) until smooth.
- Stir in the rolled oats or almond flour, cinnamon, and baking powder until well combined.
- Fold in the diced apple pieces gently.
- Pour the mixture into the greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes, until golden on top and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let cool slightly before slicing. Serve warm.
