- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup chopped pecans
For the Topping
- 1 container whipped topping (or homemade whipped cream)
- Extra chopped pecans for garnish
- Optional caramel drizzle
