Ingredients
For the Chicken Filling

- 2 large chicken breasts, boneless and skinless

For the Cheesy Garlic Sauce

- 2 tablespoons butter

- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- ½ cup heavy cream (or milk for a lighter option)

- ¾ cup shredded cheese (mozzarella, cheddar, or a blend)

- Salt and pepper, to taste
For Assembling the Wraps

- 4 large flour tortillas

- Extra shredded cheese (optional, for extra melt)

- Fresh parsley or chives, finely chopped (optional garnish)
Instructions
Start by patting the chicken breasts dry with paper towels. This helps them sear properly instead of steaming.
Slice the chicken into thin strips or small bite-sized pieces. Smaller pieces cook faster and distribute evenly throughout the wraps.
In a bowl, toss the chicken with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until every piece is evenly coated.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the seasoned chicken.
Cook for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is fully cooked, lightly golden, and juicy. Avoid overcrowding the pan — this ensures proper browning.
Once cooked, remove the chicken from the skillet and set it aside.
In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium and add butter. Once melted, add the minced garlic.
Cook the garlic for about 30 seconds, just until fragrant. Be careful not to brown it, as burnt garlic can taste bitter.
Pour in the heavy cream and stir gently. Let it simmer for 1–2 minutes until slightly thickened.
Add the shredded cheese and stir continuously until melted and smooth. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and toss it in the cheesy garlic sauce.
Let everything cook together for another 1–2 minutes so the chicken absorbs the sauce and becomes extra flavorful.
Remove from heat once everything is creamy and well combined.
