Instructions
Prepare the Crumb Topping:
- Combine Dry Ingredients: In a medium bowl, mix the flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
- Add Melted Butter: Pour in the melted butter and stir until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Set aside.
Prepare the Cake Batter:

- Mix Dry Ingredients: In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
