Description
Creamy, protein-packed Cinnamon Cottage Cheese Cups made in the air fryer. Lightly sweet, warmly spiced, and perfect for breakfast or snack.
Ingredients
• 1 cup full-fat or low-fat cottage cheese
• 1 large egg
• 1-2 tablespoons maple syrup, honey, or granulated sweetener of choice
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• ½ – 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (to taste)
• Pinch of salt (optional)
• Cooking spray or oil for greasing
Instructions
1. Preheat air fryer to 325°F (160°C). Lightly grease 2-3 silicone molds or ramekins.
2. Blend cottage cheese, egg, sweetener, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt until completely smooth.
3. Divide batter evenly among prepared cups.
4. Air fry for 14-16 minutes until tops are set and centers no longer jiggle.
5. Cool for at least 10 minutes before serving.
6. Optional Oven Method: Bake at 325°F (160°C) in a water bath for 25-30 minutes until set.
