Ingredients
2 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup oil
1/2 cup milk
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a square baking pan.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and sugar until smooth.
Add the oil, milk, and vanilla extract and mix until fully combined.
Gently fold in the flour and baking powder until just incorporated.
Pour the batter evenly into the prepared baking pan.
Sprinkle the cinnamon evenly over the top of the batter.
Use a knife to gently swirl the cinnamon into the batter.
Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Allow the cake to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
