For the Donuts

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup granulated sugar

  • ¾ cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

(If frying: vegetable oil for frying)

For the Cheesecake Filling

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream

For the Peach Cobbler Layer

  • 2 cups fresh or canned peaches, diced
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

For the Cobbler Crumble Topping

  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ cup cold unsalted butter, cubed

Optional Finish

  • Powdered sugar for dusting
  • Vanilla glaze or cream cheese drizzle
