Cottage Cheese Chocolate Chip Cookies

Description

Soft, protein-packed chocolate chip cookies made with wholesome ingredients. Perfect for snacks, breakfast, or a lighter dessert option.


Ingredients

• 1 cup cottage cheese

• 1 1/4 cups rolled oats

• 1/4 cup honey

• 1 large egg

• 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips, plus extra for topping

• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

• 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

• Pinch of salt


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. In a bowl, mix cottage cheese, egg, honey, and vanilla until mostly smooth.

3. Stir in oats, baking powder, and salt until thick and evenly combined.

4. Fold in mini chocolate chips, reserving a few for topping.

5. Scoop 2-tablespoon portions onto the baking sheet and flatten slightly.

6. Press extra chocolate chips on top and add optional flaky sea salt.

7. Bake 10–14 minutes until edges are golden and centers are set.

8. Cool 5 minutes on baking sheet, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
