🛒 Ingredients:
• 1 cup cottage cheese (225 g)
• 1¼ cups rolled oats (110 g)
• 1 large egg
• ¼ cup maple syrup (60 ml)
• 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
• ½ teaspoon baking powder
• Pinch of salt

1️⃣ Preheat the Oven: Heat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2️⃣ Mix the Base: In a bowl, combine the cottage cheese, egg, maple syrup, and vanilla until mostly smooth.
3️⃣ Combine Ingredients: Stir in the oats, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt until a thick, spoonable batter is formed.
