- Pinch of salt (optional)
Instructions
- Add the cottage cheese, peanut butter, sweetener, vanilla extract, and optional pinch of salt to a high-speed blender or food processor.
- Blend on high for 30–60 seconds, stopping to scrape down the sides if needed, until completely smooth and fluffy.
- If the mousse is too thick, add milk or heavy cream one tablespoon at a time and blend again until desired consistency is reached.
- Transfer to serving bowls or jars.
- Chill for 15–20 minutes for best texture, then serve with your favorite toppings.
