Description
A creamy, tangy ranch dressing bursting with dill pickle flavor. Perfect as a dip, drizzle, or sandwich spread.
Ingredients
• ½ cup mayonnaise
• ½ cup sour cream or buttermilk
• ¼ cup dill pickle juice (adjust to taste)
• 2 tablespoons finely chopped dill pickles
• ½ teaspoon garlic powder
• ½ teaspoon onion powder
• ½ teaspoon dried dill (or fresh, finely chopped)
• Salt and black pepper to taste
• Optional: ½ teaspoon lemon juice
• Optional: 1 teaspoon chopped chives or parsley
• Optional: a dash of hot sauce
Instructions
1. Combine mayonnaise and sour cream (or buttermilk) in a bowl and whisk until smooth.
2. Gradually add dill pickle juice while whisking.
3. Stir in chopped dill pickles, garlic powder, onion powder, and dried dill.
4. Add optional ingredients if desired.
5. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
7. Stir well before serving.
