Deliciously Easy Cinnamon Donut Loaf

Description

A soft, tender cinnamon donut loaf topped with a sweet glaze. Perfect for breakfast, brunch, or a cozy afternoon treat.


Ingredients

• 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

• 1/2 cup sugar

• 2 tsp baking powder

• 1/2 tsp salt

• 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

• 1/4 tsp nutmeg

• 1/2 cup milk

• 1/4 cup vegetable oil

• 1 large egg

• 1 tsp vanilla extract

• 1/4 cup butter, melted

• 1/2 cup powdered sugar


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.

2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.

3. In another bowl, whisk milk, egg, vanilla extract, vegetable oil, and melted butter.

4. Gradually mix wet ingredients into dry ingredients until just combined.

5. Pour batter into prepared loaf pan and bake for 30–35 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.

6. Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

7. Whisk powdered sugar with a dash of cinnamon to make glaze.

8. Drizzle glaze over cooled loaf, let set, then slice and serve.
