Instructions
Prepare the Dressing
- Combine Ingredients: In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, lemon juice, ground cinnamon, and nutmeg until well blended.
Assemble the Salad
- Prepare the Fruit: Dice the apples and pears, and halve the grapes. Place them in a large mixing bowl.
- Add Dried Cranberries and Pomegranate: Mix in the cranberries and pomegranate arils.
- Pour Over the Dressing: Drizzle the cinnamon-honey dressing over the fruit mixture.
- Toss to Coat: Gently toss the salad until all the fruit is evenly coated with the dressing.
Optional Step: Add Nuts
- Stir in Chopped Pecans or Walnuts: For added crunch and flavor, mix in the chopped nuts before serving.
