Description

Healthy Apple Pie Cottage Cheese Breakfast Bars are soft, naturally sweetened breakfast bars made with cottage cheese, oats, apples, and warm spices. Perfect for meal prep, quick breakfasts, or healthy snacks.


Ingredients

2 cups cottage cheese

1 cup rolled oats

1 cup apple sauce

1 teaspoon cinnamon

½ teaspoon nutmeg

¼ cup honey

½ teaspoon salt

½ cup chopped apples

¼ cup chopped walnuts

2 eggs


Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×13-inch baking pan.

In a bowl, mix cottage cheese, oats, apple sauce, eggs, honey, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.

Fold in chopped apples and walnuts.

Spread batter evenly into the pan.

Bake for 25–30 minutes until set.

Cool slightly, slice, and serve.
