Ingredients
• ½ cup full-fat cottage cheese
• 2 large eggs
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Blend cottage cheese and eggs until completely smooth.
3. Pour batter onto parchment and spread to ¼ inch thickness in desired shape.
4. Bake 15–20 minutes until set and lightly golden.
5. Cool slightly, peel from parchment, and serve.
