Ingredients
• 1 quart jar w/lid
• 1 bunch of celery
• 1-2 tsp salt
• 1 tsp dried red pepper flakes
• vinegar
• water
Instructions
1️⃣ Rinse celery thoroughly, trim ends, and cut into 6–8 inch pieces. Slice lengthwise into thin spears.
2️⃣ Pack celery spears snugly into a quart jar without crushing.
3️⃣ Pour vinegar until jar is three-quarters full, then top with water.
4️⃣ Add 1–2 tsp salt and 1 tsp dried red pepper flakes. Seal and gently shake.
5️⃣ Refrigerate overnight. Enjoy the next day and consume within one week for best crispness.
