A creamy, bold Mediterranean dip packed with briny green olives, tangy feta, and bright lemon. Perfect for entertaining or snacking.
Ingredients
• 200 g Green Olives
• 150 g Feta Cheese
• 100 g Cream Cheese
• 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• 1 clove Garlic
• 1 lemon Lemon Zest
• ½ lemon Lemon Juice
• 1 Roasted Red Pepper
• 1 tsp Dried Oregano
• ½ tsp Chili Flakes
• Freshly Ground Black Pepper
• 2 Green Olives
• Drizzle of Olive Oil
Instructions
1. Combine green olives, feta, cream cheese, olive oil, garlic, lemon zest, and lemon juice in a food processor. Blend 30 seconds until smooth yet slightly textured.
2. Add roasted red pepper, oregano, chili flakes, and black pepper. Pulse 2–3 times to combine while keeping some chunks.
3. Spoon into a serving bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and garnish with whole olives.
4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
5. Serve with pita chips, crostini, or fresh vegetables.
