Instructions

Cook the Pasta:

  1. Boil the Pasta: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to the package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining.
  2. Drain the Pasta: Drain the pasta, then set aside.

Prepare the Garlic and Olive Oil:

  1. Heat the Olive Oil: In a large skillet or pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Once hot, add the thinly sliced garlic and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the garlic is fragrant and golden brown. Be careful not to burn it.
