Ingredients

• 1 cup unsalted butter, softened

• 1/2 cup powdered sugar

• 1/4 cup honey

• 1/2 cup pecans, finely chopped

• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

• 1/4 teaspoon salt


Instructions

1. In a medium mixing bowl, beat the softened butter on medium speed with an electric mixer until creamy, about 1–2 minutes.

2. Gradually add the powdered sugar, continuing to beat until well combined and fluffy, about 2–3 minutes.

3. Mix in the honey, vanilla extract, and salt until fully incorporated.

4. Gently fold in the chopped pecans using a spatula until evenly distributed.

5. Transfer the mixture to a serving dish or airtight container; cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld. Serve chilled or at room temperature, spread on warm biscuits, toast, or pancakes.
