Description

A creamy, smoky, and slightly spicy dip perfect for parties, game days, and casual gatherings. Quick to make and packed with bold roasted jalapeño flavor.


Ingredients

• 8 oz cream cheese, softened

• 1/2 cup sour cream

• 2–3 jalapeños, roasted, peeled, and chopped

• 2 tbsp pickled jalapeños or green chiles, chopped (optional)

• 1 clove garlic, finely minced

• 1 tbsp olive oil

• 1 tsp lime juice

• 1/2 tsp smoked paprika

• 1/2 tsp salt, or to taste

• 1/4 tsp black pepper

• 1 tbsp fresh cilantro or parsley, finely chopped

• Optional: red pepper flakes for extra heat


Instructions

1. In a mixing bowl, blend softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.

2. Stir in roasted jalapeños and pickled jalapeños (if using).

3. Add garlic, olive oil, lime juice, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

4. Taste and adjust seasoning. Add red pepper flakes if desired.

5. Fold in fresh cilantro or parsley.

6. Transfer to a serving bowl and serve with chips, crackers, or vegetables.
