For the Coconut Cream Filling

  • 1½ cups full-fat coconut milk
  • ¾ cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large egg yolks
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon coconut extract (optional, for enhanced flavor)
  • A pinch of salt

For the Dome Base (Optional Biscuit Layer)

  • 1 cup crushed vanilla cookies or shortbread
  • 3 tablespoons melted unsalted butter

For the Snowy Coating

  • 1½ cups white chocolate, finely chopped or chips
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut (finely ground for a “snow” effect)

Optional Garnish

  • White chocolate curls
  • Toasted coconut flakes
  • Edible pearl sprinkles
  • Powdered sugar for dusting
