Ingredients

• 3 cups all-purpose flour

• 2 tablespoons sugar

• 2 teaspoons instant yeast

• 1 teaspoon salt

• 1 cup warm milk

• 2 tablespoons melted butter

• 1 egg (optional)


Instructions

1. Mix flour, sugar, yeast, and salt in a bowl.

2. Add warm milk, butter, and egg. Mix to form dough.

3. Knead until smooth and elastic.

4. Let dough rise until doubled.

5. Shape into rolls and place on tray.

6. Bake until golden brown.

7. Brush with butter and serve warm.
