Ingredients
For the Cookie Dough

8 oz cream cheese, softened
¼ cup powdered sugar
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
1️⃣ In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
2️⃣ Scoop small teaspoons of the mixture onto a plate lined with parchment paper.
3️⃣ Freeze for 20–30 minutes until firm (this makes filling easy and prevents leaking).
4️⃣ Flatten cookie dough in your hand, place one frozen cheesecake piece in the center, and wrap the dough around it.
5️⃣ Seal well, roll into a ball, and bake as directed.
