- 2 cups cottage cheese
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup almond flour
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
- Blend the cottage cheese and eggs until smooth.
- Stir in honey, vanilla extract, baking soda, salt, and almond flour. Gently fold in the strawberries.
- Pour the batter into the loaf pan and bake for 35-40 minutes.
- Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
