- 1 can (14.5 oz / 400 g) diced tomatoes (plain or with green chiles)
- 1 can (8 oz / 225 g) tomato sauce
- 2 1/2 cups low-sodium beef or chicken broth
- 8 oz (225 g) spaghetti, broken in half
- 4 oz (115 g) cream cheese, softened or 1/2 cup heavy cream (for creaminess)
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
