Ingredients
• 2 sticks of butter, at room temperature
• 1 c. powdered sugar
• 1 c. honey
• 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
Instructions
1. Cream the butter until smooth and fluffy using room-temperature butter.
2. Beat in the powdered sugar until fully incorporated.
3. Add the honey and ground cinnamon and continue beating until smooth and glossy, scraping the bowl as needed.
4. Transfer to a container and store in the refrigerator or keep at room temperature for easy spreading.
5. Serve on rolls, toast, bagels, sweet potatoes, or pancakes.
