Ingredients
• 4 cups frozen tater tots
• 1 lb ground beef
• 6 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled
• 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• ½ cup diced pickles
• ¼ cup diced onions
• 2 tbsp ketchup
• 1 tbsp mustard
• Salt & pepper to taste
• Cooking spray or oil
Instructions
1️⃣ Cook the beef
In a skillet, cook ground beef with salt and pepper until browned. Drain fat.
2️⃣ Add toppings
Mix in ketchup, mustard, onions, and pickles. Cook for 2–3 minutes.
3️⃣ Pre-bake tater tots
Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 10 minutes (they should be soft enough to shape).
4️⃣ Shape cones
While warm, press tots around a cone mold (or foil) to form cone shapes.
5️⃣ Bake until crispy
Return to oven for 10–15 minutes until golden and crispy.
6️⃣ Stuff & melt
Fill cones with beef mixture, top with cheese + bacon, bake 5 more minutes until melted 🤤
7️⃣ Serve immediately
Best eaten hot with dipping sauces 😏
