- 4 tablespoons butter, melted

- ½ cup powdered sugar

- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

- Preheat the Oven
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a standard loaf pan. - Mix Dry Ingredients
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg. - Combine Wet Ingredients
In another bowl, whisk milk, oil, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth. - Make the Batter
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix just until combined. Do not overmix. - Bake the Loaf
Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan.
Bake for 45–50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. - Add Cinnamon Sugar Coating
Let the loaf cool slightly.
Brush the top with melted butter, then sprinkle evenly with powdered sugar mixed with cinnamon. - Cool & Serve
Allow to cool before slicing for the best texture.
