Instructions
How to cook Baked Blueberry Fritter Bites 👩🍳🍩
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 375°F / 190°C and line a baking sheet or grease a mini muffin pan.
2️⃣ In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
3️⃣ In another bowl, whisk egg, milk, melted butter, and vanilla.
4️⃣ Combine wet and dry ingredients gently, then fold in blueberries.
5️⃣ Scoop batter into the pan (about ¾ full).
6️⃣ Bake for 18–22 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
7️⃣ Mix powdered sugar + milk + vanilla for glaze and drizzle over warm fritter bites.
