- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch mixed with 1 tablespoon water
For the Cream Filling
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream, very cold
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
