  • 1 can (20 oz / 567 g) crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 package (3.4 oz / 96 g) instant vanilla pudding mix (dry)
  • 1 container (8 oz / 226 g) Cool Whip, thawed
  • 1½ cups mini marshmallows
  • ½ cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)

    1. Mix Pineapple & Pudding
      In a large bowl, combine the drained crushed pineapple and dry pudding mix. Stir until well blended and slightly thickened.

    1. Fold in Cool Whip
      Gently fold in the Cool Whip until the mixture is smooth and fluffy.

    1. Add Mix-Ins
      Stir in mini marshmallows and nuts if using.

    1. Chill
      Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to set.

    1. Serve
      Spoon into bowls and enjoy chilled.
