Cottage Cheese Brownie Mug (Air Fryer)

Description

A warm, protein-packed brownie made in the air fryer. Gooey center, crisp edges, and ready in minutes. Perfect for single-serve chocolate cravings.


Ingredients

• ½ cup cottage cheese (full fat, blended completely smooth)

• 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

• 2 tbsp all-purpose flour

• 1 tbsp sugar or honey

• 1 large egg

• ¼ tsp vanilla extract

• Pinch of salt

• Optional: 1 tbsp chocolate chips


Instructions

1. Blend cottage cheese until completely smooth.

2. Add cocoa powder, flour, sugar or honey, egg, vanilla extract, and salt. Blend until fully combined.

3. Fold in chocolate chips if using.

4. Grease an oven-safe mug or ramekin generously.

5. Pour batter into mug, filling no more than ¾ full.

6. Air fry at 320°F for 10–12 minutes until edges are set and center is slightly gooey.

7. Rest for 2 minutes before serving.

8. Enjoy warm directly from the mug.
