Fried S’mores Bombs

  • Author: Shirley

Ingredients

For the Filling

Large marshmallows
The heart of the bomb—soft, fluffy, and melty.

Milk chocolate squares or chocolate bars
Classic s’mores flavor, but dark or flavored chocolate works too.

Crushed graham crackers
Adds crunch and signature s’mores taste.

For the Dough

Refrigerated biscuit dough or crescent dough
Easy, reliable, and perfect for frying.

For Frying & Finishing

Vegetable or canola oil
For deep frying.

Powdered sugar (optional)
Light dusting for sweetness.

Chocolate or caramel sauce (optional)
For drizzling.

Instructions

tep 1: Prepare the Filling

Flatten each marshmallow slightly with your fingers.

Place a piece of chocolate on top, then sprinkle with crushed graham crackers.

Gently press everything together so the filling stays compact.

Step 2: Wrap the Bombs

Flatten a piece of dough into a circle.

Place the marshmallow-chocolate mixture in the center.

Carefully fold the dough up and around the filling, pinching all seams tightly to seal completely.

⚠️ Sealing is critical—any gaps can cause leaks while frying.

Step 3: Heat the Oil

Heat oil in a deep pot or skillet to 350°F (175°C).

Maintain steady temperature to ensure even frying.

Step 4: Fry the S’mores Bombs

Carefully lower bombs into the hot oil, seam-side down.

Fry for 2–3 minutes per side, turning gently until golden brown and crisp.

Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.

Step 5: Finish and Serve

Dust with powdered sugar or drizzle with chocolate or caramel sauce.

Serve warm for maximum gooeyness.
