Oreo Crust

- 1 package Oreo cookies, crushed

Mint Cream Layer

- Make the Crust
In a bowl, mix crushed Oreo cookies with melted butter until evenly combined. Press firmly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish. Refrigerate for 10–15 minutes to set. - Prepare the Mint Layer
Beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Add mint extract and a few drops of green food coloring if using. Gently fold in whipped topping. Spread evenly over the chilled crust. - Prepare the Chocolate Pudding
In a separate bowl, whisk the pudding mix with cold milk until thickened. Spread the pudding evenly over the mint layer. - Add the Topping
Spread whipped topping evenly over the pudding layer. Sprinkle with crushed Oreos or mint Oreo pieces. - Chill
Refrigerate for at least 3–4 hours (or overnight) before slicing and serving for best texture.
