Oreo Crust

    • 1 package Oreo cookies, crushed

    • ¼ cup melted butter

Mint Cream Layer

    • 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened

    • ½ cup powdered sugar

    • 1 teaspoon mint extract

    • Green food coloring (optional)

    • 1½ cups whipped topping or whipped cream

Chocolate Layer

    • 2 packages instant chocolate pudding mix

    • 3 cups cold milk

Topping

    • 2 cups whipped topping

    • Crushed Oreos or mint Oreos (for garnish)

  1. Make the Crust
    In a bowl, mix crushed Oreo cookies with melted butter until evenly combined. Press firmly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish. Refrigerate for 10–15 minutes to set.
  2. Prepare the Mint Layer
    Beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Add mint extract and a few drops of green food coloring if using. Gently fold in whipped topping. Spread evenly over the chilled crust.
  3. Prepare the Chocolate Pudding
    In a separate bowl, whisk the pudding mix with cold milk until thickened. Spread the pudding evenly over the mint layer.
  4. Add the Topping
    Spread whipped topping evenly over the pudding layer. Sprinkle with crushed Oreos or mint Oreo pieces.
  5. Chill
    Refrigerate for at least 3–4 hours (or overnight) before slicing and serving for best texture.
