  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 pound total)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 12 tablespoons olive oil (for cooking)

For the Sauce and Toppings

  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce (your favorite brand or homemade)
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked until crisp and crumbled or chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, Monterey Jack, or a blend)
  • 1 medium tomato, seeded and diced
