- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
Make the Pumpkin Spice Syrup
- Combine Ingredients: In a small saucepan, mix the water, sugar, pumpkin purée, and pumpkin pie spice.
- Heat and Stir: Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves.
- Add Vanilla: Stir in the vanilla extract and remove from heat.
- Cool and Strain: Let the syrup cool, then strain through a fine-mesh sieve to remove any solids.
Prepare the Cocktail
- Add Ingredients to Shaker: In a cocktail shaker, combine, coffee liqueur, espresso, and pumpkin spice syrup. Fill with ice.
- Shake Vigorously: Shake for about 20 seconds, until the mixture is well-chilled and frothy.
- Strain into Glass: Strain into a chilled martini glass.
Garnish
- Dust with Pumpkin Spice: Lightly dust the top with pumpkin spice or ground cinnamon.
- Add Coffee Beans or Whipped Cream (Optional): For a decorative touch, place a few coffee beans on top or add a dollop of whipped cream.
