To prepare this quick and creamy cake, you’ll need just a few basic ingredients.

For the Cake

3 plain yogurts (about 125 g / ½ cup each)
2 large eggs
¾ cup granulated sugar
⅓ cup vegetable oil (or melted butter)
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt

Optional Toppings

Powdered sugar
Fresh fruit (berries, peaches, or bananas)
Honey or fruit syrup


Instructions

1️⃣ In a bowl, mix plain yogurt (or cream cheese), powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
2️⃣ After pouring half of the cake batter into the pan, spoon the filling gently over it (don’t touch the edges).
3️⃣ Cover with the remaining batter, spreading carefully to seal the filling inside.
4️⃣ Bake as directed. Let the cake cool slightly before slicing so the filling sets.
