    • 1 lb breakfast sausage

    • 1 (30 oz) package frozen hashbrowns

    • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

    • 6 large eggs

    • ½ cup milk

    • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

    • Salt and pepper, to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat and Prepare:
    Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Cook the Sausage:
    In a skillet over medium heat, cook the breakfast sausage until browned and crumbled. Drain any excess grease and set aside.
  3. Mix the Ingredients:
    In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked sausage, frozen hashbrowns, softened cream cheese, eggs, milk, cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.
  4. Assemble the Casserole:
    Pour the mixture into the greased baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
  5. Bake:
    Place in the oven and bake for 45–50 minutes, or until the casserole is golden brown on top and set in the center.
  6. Cool and Serve:
    Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
