    • 3 large eggs

    • 2 tablespoons milk or cream

    • Salt and black pepper, to taste

    • 1 tablespoon butter or olive oil

    • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped

    • ½ cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, Swiss, or feta)

    • Optional: chopped tomatoes, onions, or herbs for garnish

  1. Prepare the Eggs
    In a bowl, whisk the eggs with milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Cook the Spinach
    Heat butter or oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
    Add spinach and cook for 1–2 minutes until wilted. Remove spinach and set aside.
  3. Cook the Omelette Base
    Pour the egg mixture into the same pan. Tilt the pan to spread evenly.
  4. Add Filling
    When eggs begin to set, sprinkle cooked spinach and cheese over one side.
  5. Fold & Finish
    Gently fold the omelette in half. Cook for another 1–2 minutes until cheese melts and eggs are fully set.
  6. Serve
    Slide onto a plate and garnish if desired. Serve warm.
