- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped

- ½ cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, Swiss, or feta)

- Optional: chopped tomatoes, onions, or herbs for garnish

- Prepare the Eggs
In a bowl, whisk the eggs with milk, salt, and pepper until well combined. - Cook the Spinach
Heat butter or oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
Add spinach and cook for 1–2 minutes until wilted. Remove spinach and set aside. - Cook the Omelette Base
Pour the egg mixture into the same pan. Tilt the pan to spread evenly. - Add Filling
When eggs begin to set, sprinkle cooked spinach and cheese over one side. - Fold & Finish
Gently fold the omelette in half. Cook for another 1–2 minutes until cheese melts and eggs are fully set. - Serve
Slide onto a plate and garnish if desired. Serve warm.
